This Coal Harbour has 1000mm/1000g/m2 waterproof/breathability rating jacket has an exterior of 13.5-oz, 100% polyester with mechanical stretch bonded with 100% polyester micro fleece. This is paired with a 5-oz, poly-fill in body and 3-oz, poly-fill in sleeves as well as a 100% polyester diamond quilted taffeta liner.
